Want Healthier Water?
Before you go to bed at night:
Get a clean kettle
Fill it up with water
Boil the water
Carefully fill a jug or two with the water
Put it in the fridge, covered (if you like it cold)
Or leave it sitting on a counter, covered (for room temp)
Boiling the water removes impurities.
(Hint: try adding lemon or other fruits and ice to your water when you go to drink it so it’s not as unappealing)
