Weight-loss can be harder when you don’t like a lot of foods

Trust me, I know. There are so many foods out there that are great for weight-loss, but what if you don’t like them? Vegetables: Cut them up as small as you can and hide them amongst the food you do like.  Concentrate on the taste of the thing you do like, and as you get used to the ones you don’t like, add a little more. Fruits: This one is kind of obvious: Fruit salads.  Fruit salads are so refreshing, and you should use them to slowly introduce healthy fruits into your diet.  You can easily experiment because fruits can be easily removed if you’re they’re that bad tasting. Spices: Add spices to soup.  I find that I get used to them better if I make a bowl of vegetable soup and add different spices in it.  They’re also great for warming you up in the cold months.  When you’re used to them, add them to other foods. Water: Try bottled water, tap water, cold water, filtered water, room temperature water, water in small quantities, water in larger quantities, water with or without ice.
